SHIPPING & DELIVIRY TIME
Production Time for all MagaWear2020 products: After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.
US, CA, AUS:
Delivery Time Estimates: USPS First Class (4-9 Days With Destination Tracking)
All orders that have not arrived within 30 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
Delivery Time Estimates: 14-21 Days (With Destination Tracking)
Other International orders that have not arrived within 30 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.
We do not accept returns except in the case of defective products. To be eligible for a return you must take a picture of the defective product and send it to our support desk along with a copy of your receipt. After receiving and reviewing it, if it is defective we will supply you with the return address.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods and health and personal care items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
We do not accept products with obvious signs of use, packages that have been opened or any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send a ticket through our support desk with this subject (EXCHANGE MY ORDER) and we will then authorize the return.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1）Misprinted/damaged/defective items - We will replace any items damaged or for poor-quality at no additional cost, or we can issue a refund or partial refund if the customer agrees, depending on how damaged it is.
2）Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
3）Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us to inspect your case and ensure you get your money back.
